    Gotham has worked on several projects in this vertical. We were engaged as relocation specialists for office services in both a newly constructed building in NY and a mid-west re-location. Gotham successfully provided project management on the RFP/RFQ processes, provided vendor recommendations, provided oversight and direct labor on relocated staff and equipment, carrier services, coordinated marketing materials related to the move, liaised with architects, construction teams and carrier infrastructure to complete these projects.

    Regional Bank

    Gotham conducted a full scale inventory and audit of all facilities related costs across 35 locations. VOIP communications platform with call center functionality. Gotham also negotiated a “Fiber to the Desktop” WAN solution and design.

    Large Financial Institution

    Gotham Telecom conducted a full scale retrospective audit, physical inventory and deployment of a software based expense management solution tailored to the needs of the accounts payable department and the finance offices. Savings from implementing the software solution exceeded 20% the first year. Retrospective audits and contract reviews allowed an initiation of a new project to bring fiber optics to the desktop as well as a new IP PBX.

    Project management included build-out of trading floor voice and data infrastructure. Engagement included site review and construction meetings of users. Responsible for selection of technology, recommendation of providers for carrier services, IT service support providers, contract negotiation services, wireless management of devices and mobility support, and deployment.
